1. Who can use TradeJodo

You must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering a contract. By using the site you confirm both. Businesses must have authority to bind the entity on whose behalf they trade.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information — real name, working email, valid phone number
• Keep your password secure — anyone who logs in as you is treated as you
• One account per person — sharing accounts or creating duplicates is grounds for suspension
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account

3. What you can post

You may post listings and buy requests for goods and services that are legal to sell in India. Prohibited items include (non-exhaustive):

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives
• Narcotics and controlled substances
• Wildlife, ivory, and protected flora/fauna
• Counterfeit goods and stolen property
• Live animals (except licensed livestock dealers)
• Human organs, blood, or bodily fluids
• Personal data, hacked accounts, or stolen credentials
• Anything that infringes copyright or trademark

We may remove any listing that violates the law, our guidelines, or our sense of fair play — with or without warning, and without refund of any fees paid.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By posting, you grant TradeJodo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, index, and promote your content on the site and in marketing — as long as your account is active. Deleting your account ends this licence within a reasonable window.

5. Fees

Standard listings are free. Optional paid features (featured placement, subscription tiers, buying-lead unlocks) are clearly priced before you pay. All fees are in Indian rupees, inclusive of GST where applicable. Refunds are issued at our discretion for duplicate charges or service failures.

6. Transactions are between users

TradeJodo is a platform, not a party to any sale. We don't inspect goods, guarantee payment, or mediate disputes. When you buy or sell, the contract is between you and the other user. We provide tools — chat, verification, fraud warnings — but the deal is yours.

7. Prohibited behaviour

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse of any kind
• Spam, repeated posting of the same listing, or misleading titles
• Scraping, automated crawling, or bulk data extraction
• Attempting to bypass security, impersonate other users, or interfere with the site's operation
• Manipulating trust scores, reviews, or chat warnings
• Soliciting off-platform payment to evade fees

8. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and history, we may issue a warning, remove content, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban an account. Serious fraud is reported to law enforcement. Bans apply to the person, not just the account — creating a new account after a ban is a violation of these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeJodo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and a site banner at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
